Specialty cheese, ice cream, sorbet, milk - different categories, different codes. Kapiti, seen as a traditional craft brand, due to its specialty cheese beginnings was schizophrenic in how it presented itself across the categories. An organising idea was required.

Whilst craft might be about tradition and taking time - Kapiti was anything but. There was a spirit of exploration and innovation - a desire to explore the possibilities of what could be achieved when your start point is the highest quality milk.
