The issue.

House of Travel is a well-established travel agency – both bricks and mortar and online. The brand had become increasingly reliant on rational and promo messaging and had lost sight of the emotion and joy of travel.

The insight.

Working with the retail partners from all over NZ we identified the ‘feeling’ we described as the House of Travel experience; the magic of travel.

The solution.

The brand had well established and recognised assets, the solution was to build on these and supercharge them with magic and wonder. Whilst the retail offers remained the same, the feeling with which they were expressed was completely transformed. Timeless and timely in action.
